Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works with the current that runs through your body and electric-magnetic field. It is connected with your conscious and subconscious mind, including your memories. Heide uses tuning forks in and around your body to release those memories and bring harmony to the field and thus to the body.

Heide offers custom-tailored massages for each client, drawing from various methods and techniques. She focuses on deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release and often gives stretching or strengthening exercises to help maintain the effect of the session.

Heide offers traditional Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki. In either modality, she will hold the space for your healing to occur and allow you to actively participate in your healing by setting an intention at the start of the session and being open to receive.
