Sound Haven Vermont supporting the nervous system and awakening deep transformation through sound and stone
About Heide
At Sound Haven Vermont, I offer sound and energy healing sessions designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system rebalancing, and physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and responsive. Rather than applying a fixed method, each session is guided by listening - to your words, your body, your nervous system, and the subtle field of what is ready to shift. This creates a space where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and healing and transformation can unfold naturally.
For over 30 years, I have helped clients achieve their soul's highest expression by guiding them to recognize the lessons and blessings that are inherent in every challenge, to truly hear the message their body and soul are sending them, and to follow their own inner guidance. Because as Pema Chödrön says: “Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know.”
My path into this work grew from years of hands-on healing and listening to the body.
Over time, I felt called towards a more subtle and expansive way of working - one that could support not only the physical body, but the nervous system and deeper energetic layers as well. Sound and stone work opened a door into that space.
I started working with sound after I received a profound and life-altering sound healing after the sudden, traumatic death of my son over eleven years ago. Through sound healing, I discovered not only a path to my own healing, but a calling to help others navigate their grief. »Learn more about Sound Healing for Grief.
I have been continually moved by how gently and profoundly this work can support release, restoration, and transformation - often in ways words can’t express.
This work is an invitaton into stillness, into listening, and into a deeper relationship with your own capacity to heal.
