Choose between the traditional Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki
In either modality, I will hold the space for your healing to occur and allow you to actively participate in your healing by setting an intention at the start of the session and being open to receive. The session then proceeds exactly as you need it to and for the highest good of all concerned.
Crystals have been used for centuries as tools for healing and increasing awareness, with each stone specifically selected for its frequencies and properties. Crystal Reiki uses Reiki energy to amplify the energy of the crystals. The crystals are placed in a specific layout around and on your body. Reiki energy flows through me into the crystals and then into you and helps you focus on specific areas of the body, conditions or levels of awareness that are ready to heal. Reiki energy comes in through the crown chakra, while the crystals bring in grounding energy from the Earth. Together, these energies work seamlessly.
Crystal Grids
An effective way to do Crystal Reiki is by placing the crystals in a sacred geometry layout. With these geometric grids, the specific design elements of creation such as the Flower of Life or the Spiral are combined with the power of crystals and Reiki energy, which makes them very powerful transmitters.
